Gridania/Shroud: Probably wanted by Wood Wailers. Kiht'a helped his ex-tribe (he was forced) poach and encroach on Wood Wailer territories. Possibly wanted by Coeurlclaw tribe members who are allied with his tribe.
Limsa Lominsa: That odd miqo'te who doesn't know table manners, shows up in rawhide leathers for a ball, or isn't completely civilized.
Ul'dah: He might not be known too much here, but people would know him by appearance as he shifted through the crowds. He is known to be somewhat exotic in appearance for a Keeper runt.
Other than that, dont think theres much else to him.
