One person only. Can be visited like private rooms though. Actually, they are exactly like private rooms.

Ah, ok. I got confused when one guy said he shared his with his alt.

So, anyone can just walk into them like you can with private rooms, without the owner's permission?

There's a "guest access" toggle feature just like any other private chamber.

They are, essentially, private chambers; but costing an extra 200k for the stability and permanency of not being attached to an FC or subject to auto-demolition. Yet. Still waiting to see if they'll go back on that one.

It's always the same issue, like for FC estates/FC private rooms.

Want to invite someone specific? Then you have to open it to everyone in public mode, even if you don't want everybody coming in.

Want to close it to random interlopers? Then your friends stay out too.

It's too binary, it's annoying.

Yeah. My ideal system would have tickboxes for:
- allow everyone
- allow people on my friends list
- allow people in the same free company as me
- allow people from linkshell 1
(...)
- allow people from linkshell 8

Buuuut. TvT not likely to happen.

Their interface is sometimes cringeworthy.

Have you seen that joke of the new jukebox? Playlist is limited to 8 damn songs. They also removed the "show all rolls" category. Frustrated

Well, how likely are you to get random interlopers? I mean, if that's a big issue for you... you can just actively toggle. Have it open to guests as your friends all jump into the room. When they're all in, you lock it down so no one else can bumble in and interrupt whatever you're doing. It'll only be really tedious if your friends keep popping out and in (or having connection issues), forcing you to toggle multiple times.

I haven't set any playlists yet, but I probably should. Been caught up in everything - especially now that you get a TON of the Alex songs in the last couple quests in the chain. And there's two new songs you can pick up at the Saucer.

That's the problem, I know many people that have connection issues. And even then, I thought toggling off the open access automatically removed everyone inside except you? Maybe not... Interesting. But anyway, no I don't get many interlopers fortunately. It's just on principle.

Nope. Toggling just means no one else can get in. It doesn't eject anyone. It's basically just deadbolting the door to your room. Thumbsup

Anyone know if the RP flag can be toggled with a chat command similar to /afk, /dnd and the /nastatus on or off?

If that is accurate, going by the other commands /roleplay /roleplaying or /rp might do the trick, if you haven't tried it. If not, the command might not yet be in.

edit - you might have to add 'on' to the end of it. Like /roleplaying on

edit - well, with and without on.
