They as in SE... I don't think they ever have (They don't want to show this number). I use sites such as Lucky Bancho for census information.

I just ran & put my character on Mateus so fast after reading this!Â
As of 1/13/2018 7:56AM (PST) Mateus is still open.Â
I'm sure that will fluctuate but if anyone is looking to make a new character (not just transfer one) it's working fine!
