In phase three, they were sharing space with the Maurader's Guild. Who knows if they'll get a space of their own whenever Squee decides to implement them.

We been saying that since 1.0 beta. ^^;
The opening scene used to be with them even!
I didn't visit Limsa during phase 3 though... Didn't know they and Mara were now in the same spot. Used to be Mara were in a ship and Musketeers had their own building. They seemed to be like.. the Limsa Navy or something.
