I am thinking sometime mid-october, probably a Saturday after 5pm EST. I'll need to check when I'm working and what's suitable for people playing a part in it.

Also, thank you for the interest. I'll start writing up names, I will definitely be interested in the offers for security and bar staff.

The social side of the event won't be too much of an issue to plan, I've just got to set aside the time to plan the evening's events. There will be a little bit of drama in the evening's events, so be sure to stay tuned. Wink

Apologies for the delay in getting a date announced. The original date we agreed on was taken by another event - we've ended up being focused on other things, ICly, FC story progression wise (which'll add to the event, but I'm giving nothing away) and I've partially been focused on hitting my level 50.

Anyway, we've agreed on something we feel is suitable:

Date: Saturday 26th October 2013
Time: 11pm GMT 6pm EST

Once I've got a time schedule sorted out for the evening's events, I will post it up.

As for the times, the reason I've picked the time is because there are some people working weekends, myself included - I can get away with a late night (as I'm EU), but wanted to be able to accommodate. I know EU folk tend to find earlier times easier, but I hope I am not excluding too many people by assuming people get a lay in on a Sunday.

What do I need?

I've seen some offers for guards. I will need 2 of these guards to get involved with a bit of roleplay, I propose 2 people from Echo Knights if possible - if somebody like Vashies, Shep or William are able to - Rameux will be looking for the finest to be a part of his guard for the evneing, you 3 seem to have some weight in Echo Knights, but nothing wrong with other members volunteering, but for obvious reasons I can't have X'hayu doing it (Saefinn needs to be present Tongue). We can meet ICly to talk business.

I also need some of the girls from Ambrosia, we've got Dhami in our FC (ICly, I've hired Dhami for the event already), other 2 Ambrosia girls I've encountered are Torch and of course Y'vali. We can meet ICly to talk about the arrangements.Other forms of entertainment will of course be appreciated.

Bar staff, which I supposed could be handle by Ambrosia and any chefs would be cool. 

Guests! It ain't a party without guests. If you can wear a mask and are somebody who can fit into a social event by people of higher society, then dress up and enjoy. Our crew sure will be.

Find me sometime today Saefinn, I will be online all day today so we can meet ICly if you'd like. I haven't heard from Kata in some time, she would be another entertainer for the event. But I have a few more girls as well as a musician if you want that.

Right. I'll be online and I'll talk it over. I've got a plan for the evening's events, various things will start at various times, I will post a schedule once I am 100% happy with the timings, as there's one schedule for guests and one for the crew for how things play out in the event. But guests, be guests. It's a formal do of course. Smile
I will do general announcements through the linkshells, I think I'm in all of the Coalition ones.

Anyway, I've decided on my outfit.
