Yes, the Garlean LS is basically run by three of us in the Night Blades free company. Although it doesn't consist of just Night Blade members. A lot of us have alts that are in the Legion, but there are also full-time Garleans in the shell as well from other Companies.Â
Really you can contact either myself or ArmachiA for stuff as I don't think our third is really active on the RPC.

Yeah the shell is full of different people from different FCs, ran by NB members. Some people have gotten confused and thought the NB FC was Garlean, which isn't the case, but whatever.
We have been hired out to do a few things in the past and it's worked well!

As an Eorzean-born Garlean sympathizer, Fiona supports this thread. RP everywhere needs more Garleans, in my opinion.

Though I am a Garlean player on the Gilgamesh server, I'd still love to toss ideas with anyone on ANY server. I've been looking up info as well as making some posts of my own with the bit of Garlean lore out there I could find.
