I'm surely good to hear these responses and see that there are other roleplayers willing to RP elsewhere and different stuff from drinking at the adventurer's guild. I had actually gotten disheartened by that some months ago, which is what led me to sort of leave the forums and stop checking with the RPC. I had actually begun giving tavern-RP a new go just last week (without much luck, see the "Confused and Frustrated thread"), and I found almost humorous that SE decided to disrupt the place right as I try to hang out in there for the first time since launch <_<;

Hopefully though, I will find more open-world RP elsewhere, where other stuff than sitting and drink can happen!

Please do remember that this game is not solely built around your rp as mentioned earlier. While they do give us wonderful tools to do so the game is not ours alone.

Personally, I just find it really weird to have a quest that teaches you how to use /say. Does SE really think their players are that dumb? xD

[edit] On second thought, I think more than teaching us /say, that quest was actually SE lecturing us on manners. Overbearing mother-devs are kind of weird.
