The CUL is relatively easy because you just need Dzemael tomatoes, dark? vinegar (HQ), table salt cinnamon and something else. You don't need some stupid crazy expensive mats *grumblegumble*
And you only need a certain stats set and the HQ Dark Vinegar will get you high probability of HQ Spicy Tomato Relish.
