It's a bit complicated to have some help and not having like 1 person participating in 2 groups or some just left out. But it's sure that I'll put a limit in the amount of signup, make a waiting list in case of cancellation and many other things I'll have to change.
This one can be considered as some sort of crash test and see if it actually works and how to do better next time.
What could actually help me a LOT would be someone having a good knowledge of spreadsheets who could help me to manage the things better (for now I'm using filters and those sort of things, but there might be some better ways to do things like being able to extract the informations to have the mail done quickly).
I also hope I won't have too many people left without their RP partner that day and no angry pm because something went wrong ^^" .

I was in a pair with solid location but then things happened, got switched to a large group, and legit ICly could not go at risk of death to my character haha.
Things happen though...
Hope the group I was later moved to had fun and hope to do this again next time.
Please do this again though! Need more contacts in my life >.<

I had a grand time. ^^ I wasn't expecting this to go over well with my little start up plan of being tricked into the meet up.. :3 turned out far better then I could have asked for. Glad my partner that was set up rolled right with the punches haha.

I've been told that Chachan should attend this at some point to make some new frands! So I'll be looking forward to seeing if this is run again in the future.
