I sort of regret buying it for the PS4 but I don't want to play anything strenuous on my PC until I upgrade it though and I'll no doubt buy the PC version once all the DLC is out and there's lots of interesting mods to apply.
It'll be available to download on the PC at 12:01 AM on November 10th and since I bought the physical edition it isn't going to be delivered until the morning/afternoon for me. I suppose on the plus side that means I can get a good night's rest and then just play it all day once it arrives since I have the day off.

I'm mad at those pesky time zones behind mine that get before I do....
Pretty belligerently happy that we can pre-load the game over steam. All I gotta do is wait and then press 'Play', lol.

Here's a method to unlock FO4 early if you're a steam user via VPN.
OH, and own risk and all that good stuff. But I've done this for several games in the past and I've never gotten so much as a slap on the wrist.
