I'm shocked so many people aren't time skipping.
Armi will be 23 and will have time skipped.
I have two other characters, as well. Loki will be 27 with a time skip, and Daej will be 28 with no time skip

My vote two weeks ago was for my former main character, A'sili Abarskyf, who I won't be playing at launch initially.
Abodo Po was a 23 year old scientist when Dalamud fell. Didn't get frozen, became an adventurer. He'll be 28 years old at ARR, with five years of adventuring experience. He'll be experienced enough at that point to not be seen as a rookie, while the people who were frozen will still see him as "new" because he didn't start his career until after everyone was frozen.
