I had not heard of the heart problem. I have one too, and know how scary that can be. Mine is not -that- bad though. I am beyond happy to hear you are alive and well now.

Truthfully, I had not known about the problem so I thought you left us for the greener newer pastures of ESO.

A few months ago I had some issues that happen pretty common for me, mostly chest pains. While deciding on whether or not to go through with it I had another episode. That sort of decided it for me. I went through with it, and have been in recovery and PT since. I recently in the last few days have gone back to work, and I plan to resume FFXIV in a few days.

Just thought I would reintroduce/update myself.
You said you were unconscious for four days. I hope this doesn't seem rude to ask, but what was it like when you woke up and four days had passed in the time of four seconds? When you passed out Monday and woke up Friday? (Now that I type that out, it sounds awesome. Passing out Monday, on the worst day of the week, and waking up Friday, the second best day of the week. No offense.)

Wow.  Sorry to hear about what you've been going through, but very glad to hear things are on the upswing.  I've been wondering where you've been and hoping you were alright.  Welcome back!
