I remembered them doing something like this last time. Now if it's still not working by the time Fanfest rolls around, there's definitely an issue.

I remember the moogle outfit codes taking until the last fanfest to be activated and have those sets available

Seems same thing goes on here.

I forget if fanfest tickets already come with the stuff.
