From what I've seen on Balmung there are no houses up yet, but who knows right now. I'm pretty sure this house is on Gilgamesh though, I don't really know. It was linked to me by someone in my FC.

 Sorry, couldn't resist haha. If that really is medium, it looks pretty spacious. Haven't seen anything up on Balmung yet.

Well if you want to wait longer the cheapest it could get is 4 mil, 15 mil, and 50 mil. That's waiting the 90 days for the normal .14% devalue to 50% the original value.
At least this is what I believe will happen as we've been given no indication that the normal devalue system will be removed from the housing system with the new prices.

I don't think I am too upset about the company housing prices. I can say I am very glad company housing came first though. The prices are no doubt ridiculous and now I can pretty much guess that whatever I assumed personal housing to be.. I should probably multiply it by 10. I do feel bad for those companies who were preparing to spend some of the holiday running around with their mates in their new houses.
I will admit though, I was a bit snickered at all the people who were saying it should be hard to get that way it would -realllly- make it a accomplishment and now that it is out of everyone reach, suddenly the accomplishment is "insane". Welcome to middle and low class.*hugs* Let me get you a blanket and some warm soup from my cardboard box.
