And the dittos are level 48ish so I would guess you're fairly close to where you can get them? The trades are awful at the moment, as I don't have any spare Arceus (Arceuses? Arceusii?) in my pocket x_x Gonna trade you that other Aron though

Nature boosts one stat while lowering another, by roughly 10%. If you look at a pokemon's info, most of them have one stat in red and another in blue (red is boosted, blue is lowered). If they have neither they have one of the neutral natures that don't alter stats.

I'm happy with my +defense -SA aron now that I've started raising him I named him Bitey.
