This is more gameplay related probably but, I noticed most threads about the servers not being open are in the RP section. So I thought this would help! I had a hard time waiting for Excalibur to open to make an alt to play with some friends.

You can have it email you, text you, etc. Just pick a server and fill in the info. (I prefer texts because I am perpetually glued to my cell phone).
I am not sure if anyone has posted this, I didn't see anything. So, I hope it provides assistance for you guys.

It should be noted that when the creator posted the website on reddit that they noted that it was based on the lodestone information re: http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/news/detail/80cd4583bf743600105b947d6906d0909189e479
This means that they update based on those times listed which means getting into a server like Balmung using this tool will not be the easiest thing.
Creator made tool trying to get into Balmung and it didn't actually work and they ended up character transferring based on their reddit post history
