Interest Check--Garlean Linkshell? - Faye - 03-08-2015

So this is something I've been wanting/considering for a while and it was recently reignited by this thread.

What are everyone's thoughts on a linkshell for undercover Garleans, and possibly Garlean sympathizers in Eorzea? Do you have a character you'd like to join it with? Would it be better as IC or OOC? Does such a thing already exist and we've overlooked it? Please let me know your feedback! If enough people are into the idea, I'll see if I can start up a linkshell with some help from some others who are interested.

(Note: This isn't a linkshell for Garlean refugees or characters with Garlean heritage. This is a linkshell for characters currently loyal to Garlemald. )

Also, if anyone would like to help get the linkshell rolling and serve as a leader in it, lemme know! o/ It's an alt I want to put into this linkshell and I have a lot of other prospects going on to look after on my main, so I can't fully commit to running this alone.

Miqo'te are not full-blooded Garleans! They could be native Garleans, though, as Garleans conquer whatever lands they can and assimilate their people.

Well, because I was inspired by Kokonoe from Blazblue, and the backstory is heavily tied to her being a Miq'ote, and I'm too lazy to change, also I would find fun, considering a Miq'ote being a Garlean would be really unexpected.


And because I want to do a Miq'ote that's not from a tribe =U

Well, because I was inspired by Kokonoe from Blazblue, and the backstory is heavily tied to her being a Miq'ote, and I'm too lazy to change, also I would find fun, considering a Miq'ote being a Garlean would be really unexpected.


And because I want to do a Miq'ote that's not from a tribe =U

Franz knows -three- Garlean Miqo'te by name.  What's so weird about there being more?

ontopic: I could be interested in this, depending on the LS plans. How would a Garlean kicked out of Garlemald fit in?

It would depend on his feelings toward Garlemald, I think! Smile The idea of the linkshell will be that it's for those actively working toward Garlemald's victory over Eorzea (and anywhere/everywhere else).

Native Garleans can and are pretty much everything. A single run through any of the castrums makes that pretty clear.

Being Garlean by blood is a different matter though.

Regnum Garlemald is a free company based in Ul'dah with that goal but sadly their linkshell isn't  that active.
