Balmung and Gilgamesh are the two largest RP servers. They're usually full and closed for character creation during the busy hours of the game. If you want to play there, I'd suggest waiting until the middle of the night or very early morning and making a character then.

You can server transfer, but it costs RL money.

I think I read Siren and Faerie had up and coming communites. But Balmung and Gilgamesh have the largest ones.
