Need a tailor and a historian specializing in Allag - Kellach Woods - 10-17-2015
So, Kellach is in a bit of a bind.
The mask he typically wears has a Vanya Silk component that's falling off and he needs it fixed.
He also seems to have found a sword that should be in a museum. It glows when he wields it. He wants to know what is it and if he'll have to relinquish it.
