FFXIV Character Music Bits. - Yssen - 01-01-2013
So. A while back (and I mean a long long time ago) this idea wormed into the brains of me and some people that I regularly RP with. Namely, that every character has three defining songs to them. A theme song with lyrics, and instrumental theme song, and a song that the character would sing if they the world was a musical.
I thought it might be fun to take this premise and share with one another our findings. Maybe even discuss a bit. Feel free to post links. Leave us get musically inclined.
Oh! There is a 4th song! What your character's anime theme would be, but it is a side not mostly for fun. Anywho, I'll get zee ball rolling with these two.

This reminded me to put together a playlist for Rhostel. I often do that for my characters, just hadn't gotten around to her.
No, I won't share the list, it has 124 songs currently, and I'm not sure it's finished.Anyway, pared down that list to figure this out. Went with all Australian artists, because I can and it bloody well works. The singers all being female, though, was nothing but pleasant happenstance. There were certainly songs with male singers I considered, and they were eliminated for other reasons.
Also, I choose to interpret the thing about an anime theme to be a song to use in an AMV focusing on the character. Because that makes more sense than the literal.
