Assassin Looking for Hire - Vincent Sarkoza - 05-15-2016
Vincent's a ninja who has been practicing the art of assassination for years and is looking for work. He fronts as a cook who works at the Bismarck from time to time. One way to contact him (if he isnt there) is to simply leave a note asking for Vincent the cook detailing when you'll visit the bismarck again. Once Vincent meets you face to face the password is "I'd like to make a dinner reservation for (# of people you want dead)." Vincent will usually reply with "I'm sorry we don't have any reservations available at this time, please come to this place (places down a paper with directions) at this time to meet with our customer service representative."
Those who contact Vincent will have heard through word of mouth that Vincent is the one who handles intercepting requests and contracting for "Mister Red" he of course being Vincent.
