Long-Time Player, First Time Forumgoer! - somegirloranother - 02-18-2017

Hey all! I'm Marke Torrance/Altansetseg Dataq/G'rha Nunh, on the Balmung server! Marke is my main, but call me Alta. Please! Or, I mean. Girl. Since that's my username. Whatever.

I've been a long-time roleplayer on the Balmung server, going back all the way to 1.0. You've probably seen me around--especially if you're familiar with TALE or Evenstar. At current, my wife and I are getting our own FC off the ground--but that's neither her nor there!

Let's hear a bit about me!
  • I'm a Psych major, in my last year. I'm preparing for grad school, as well as working on my own study.
  • I'm adept in the art of procrastination.
  • I have nothing else to add.
  • Isn't it sad, when the most interesting thing you have to say about yourself is "I'm preparing for grad school?"
  • Oh, wait. I'm married. Does this count as interesting?
  • May have accidentally invented Imposter Syndrome
  • Literally can't even.
  • Unironically likes Ugg boots.
  • Wants to make memes great again
  • Please play with me, I'm lonely.
Feel free to ask me anything, send a /tell, or add me to a network! I'll be throwing info on my characters too, soon, but in a nutshell: a teenage Raen who insists she's a Xaela and likes to shoot stuff, a disgruntled and nervous scholar getting an artifact requisitions and restoration company off the ground, and a has-been adventuring single dad who spends most of his time staring in the mirror, holding his gut, and asking "what have I done with my life?"

Hey Alta and welcome to the RPC! OOC I would love to chat about your psych study you are working on and what specialty you are looking at for grad school. Deahfel, I am always more than happy to blab on and on about my psych study. As for speciality? I've been admitted into the School Psychology program at the University of Arizona, and I'm currently on the Waitlist for the PhD at UH. So, it is safe to say that this is my specialty!

I'm also more than happy to RP! Always! All the time!

It's in that beautiful in-between where it's cool even during the day. But I'm giving it another few weeks before I get sunburned just by stepping outside.
