Something clicked in my head - Keru / E'ir - 07-30-2013 I think that if you haven't gotten a beta phase 4 code yet(myself included) you should get it soon because they said that you need to register a beta code by today otherwise you have to wait.  So hopefully my thoughts are correcting and we'll get them soon. I kinda paraphrased what they have been saying about the applications.
