As we grow with more role players on the sever we are seeing more issues that come with free company clashing with free company,or members of different company's. I like to hold a meeting for all free companys to speak about any of the issues that have been ocurring. This meeting well all so will be a great time for use to hold the first ever leaders meeting, Where only the leaders of all the role playing company's meet up and speak.. I Like hold a vote to ask people to vote on if this meeting should occur. This meeting will be held for these reason
- First ever free company leaders meeting.
- To talk about issues with role playing that has happen.
- Different or new role playing locations.
- Work out any issues two or more company's have with each other.
- Fixing any matter in which two member or more of different company's have fought.
- Seeing what company's are still alive.
- Building stronger community in Gilgamesh sever.
If you think this is a good idea then please vote yes for the free company leader meeting and vote no if you don't like it.Â
Ill leave it to the people to vote and the leaders to show up.
Vote will last for one week starting today, so end date is the 18th.
From there If the voting wins to yes then ill make a thread on where, when, and time of the meeting.

I think this is a fabulous idea. Guilds/FC's/ECT are typically some of the best ways to find plots, story-arcs, and stable RP for a single character. It's only natural that some of the best server wide, multi-character, multi-guild/FC/ect events and story-arcs happen when multiple guilds/FCs help create it.
Right before I left WoW (MG), the guild I was in would host large RP-PVP battles with the other faction. Sometimes they were between just one enemy guild, but on some occasions there were at least 4 different guilds per faction. Thats 8 large guilds PLUS smaller guilds who tagged along or even random people because the events were set out on the server forums. Â We had coalitions, trainings, victory parties, loss mournings, ect. And that's just between military guilds.
@Edit And then I notice this is for Gilgamesh. BUT W.E, STILL A GOOD IDEA. YA'LL DO SOME COMMUNITY BUILDIN'.

Just because someone isn't a FC leader, doesn't mean they don't have valuable input.

I'd recommend if you want more Gilgamesh leaders that you reach out to them in game. We tried this just about a month ago today and only a few got the forum notice so we didn't get much done in the skype chat.

I was thinking of having linkshells leader in the meeting to.Â
Yes im aware of skype thing, but my plans are to have this meeting in game, with have the meting being  ooc and the other part rp.
