Salutations people of Hydaelyn.
Mind not the common adventurer armed with simple knowledge and ability, but note the desire to strive and the firery ambition I have been blessed with. I have experience of Eorzea and, quite honestly, wish to expand my horizons. Dabbling in light to mid roleplaying in the past I am afraid to bite off much more than I can chew here and the simple fact of writing these words honestly leaves a pinching feeling my pride.
I progress on the Gilgamesh server, I quite enjoy its friendly community but am saturated with plain grinding and levelling. With the constant annoyance of people who do not understand the world we all live in, or choose not to. It should be considered folly to underestimate the sheer power of Ifrit or to doubt Raubahn's resolution when it comes to the safety of his people.
I know that with me comes not a new age. I know that I might not bring about the changes I so dearly wish to apply, but nothing is stopping me from taking a step in the right direction.
Let us see what you hold for me Eorzea.

A wry chuckle issues from behind the speaker, as a tall, pale, slender but powerful female form steps forth--a Roegadyn, to be precise. She is dressed simply--a basic tunic, with chainmail beneath and some nondescript but functionally armored leggings. Her dark hair is short in length, save for the part on its left side, and tinted at the ends in a striking purple-pink.  Her stride issues more confidence than her basic garb would suggest, a power issuing from the confidence of battle, not arrogance.
She stops before the speaker, her weight resting on one hip. An arm thrusts out, hand extended, a smirk playing at the corner of her mouth.
"Y'gave everythin' but your name, friend. Mine is Stahlwilf Haemrstymmwyn. Or Steel Wolf if that's easier on your jaw."

A gentle smile tainting his lips, curiously turning to his Roegadyn interlocutor to examine this one quickly and thouroughly.Â

His ear lightly twitching from curiosity as his hand would meet hers, keeping a close check onto her eyes.
"I, Y'khin Blacke, and by my surname Crystal Clockwork, am honored by your greeting. I hope our friendship thrives and grows strong for ages to come."

Welcome traveler.
I can understand your frustrations in disinterest of those around you for all that threaten Eorzea. Â But take heart! You find yourself here amongst kindred spirit, those who share your vision and your love of this world and all it has to offer.
If you find yourself walking alone in Balmung, feel free to seek me out. Â I am always glad to meet those who seek to do more in this world, and to call another person friend.
((Also, have a gander through the LS folder! Â Lots of free companies that are RP oriented! It really depends on what kind of theme you are looking for for your character. Â And Intermission is always a resource, it is an OOC channel for roleplayers. ))
