Bottom's Up! 4th of June, 8pm BST. - Maril - 05-17-2014 "Greetings everyone! We, the Kindred, would like to announce that we will host a stand-up competition! On the night of 4th Sun of the Third Umbral Moon, we will give you five minutes to make us fall off our chairs in uncontrollable laughter. Think you're up for the task? You'll have to come up with the very best jokes, or even the very best sketch, and perform it in front of an audience. We'll provide the stage, and all contestants will also get their drinks for the night without a bill attached. Should you not find yourself to be the next comedic genius, worry not, we would quite like to see you join the audience and laugh to your hearts content. There will be drinks and food ready to purchase, and plenty of opportunity to socialize and have a good night out. Bring your friends! So come on down to The Bottom, you can find us in the 4th ward of The Goblet, house number 11." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The above text can be found on posters and flyers around and about, most predominantly in the three larger cities.  We're hosting another event! This time, it'll be centered around comedy. Get your brain working, and find your very best jokes and sketches.  You can join the contest alone, or with up to two other people – You can tell jokes, do sketches, just about anything as long as it's fun and can be done from a stage! Each contestant will have 5 minutes on stage to convince the crowd, and at the end of the night the crowd will pick their favorite. The prize will be a title as The Bottom's Funniest, as well as an undisclosed amount of gil. We would of course like that the jokes & sketches stick to being themed after Eorzea. If there's too much interest in being on stage, we may limit the amount of people who can sign up so as to make sure it doesn't last too long into the night.
