Same for me.. I was thinking Amazon may be busy this time of year and if they put their hosting through some of their store infrastructure there may be a bottleneck.

We have outgrown our AWS instance! (Yay?
)So, I've upgraded us to the next size up, which should bring everything back to normal (though our hosting costs have now just gone up).

Mm, it's a little tricky to say at this point, but we went from t2.small to t2.medium, which is about a 2x jump (I use reserved instances to help keep the costs down, but AWS just changed their reservation model, so that complicates comparisons).
