Hello there!... again.

So after expressing my uncertainty of my character's backstory to a person I met, I was suggested to write it down here to get some opinions about it. Now, you can be a veteran roleplayer of many years and many years, but you can still get a little anxious when in touch with a completely new setting... so here's me doing that.

Spoiler D'eshel here was born in a somewhat small, but strong tribe that excelled at survival. With only a few Nuhn about and the number of females growing steadily, some of them have decided to choose their favourite cubs, so to speak and personally see to their growth and training so that one they, the protegees could replace them with ease and hold their place in the tribe. D'eshel was one of them and he managed to reach a close bond with the Miqo'te above him, even if ultimately, the younger one did "betray" the elder one.

What his mentor could not see in him was that he wasn't interested in the future of his tribe. The young, hot-headed male soaked all stories about the Big World and everything related to it like a sponge of curiosity and he promised to himself that eventually, he would see most, if not all, in his own eyes. So when the right time came (after he could tell that he recieved enough training), the youngster woke his mentor up, outright said what he is going to do and left, before the other could respond.

So has he taken the first steps into proper civilisation and adventurism. While smart, more of a "street-smart" level of intelligence, because he can't read or write, young D'eshel is still prone to showing a more primal, simplistic side of his nature. He is, after all, still a savage, more or less. But that doesn't stop him from flashing smiles, sparking laughs and engaging in "rich" conversations with people that he comes across. Even if he does have a simple path set before him, he's quite unsure how the road will exactly go on, nor what the ultimate goal will be.

There we go. Well, no further comments from me, at least for now. Thoughts/opinions? Thanks!
So there you go.

This looks absolutely fine to me. Only thing is that a Seeker tribe technically only has one Nunh/breeder male while the remaining males are Tias until there's a challenger or whatnot.

If you're concerned about originality, Miqo'te breaking out from their tribe to become city folk is a common trope, but it could be said that acharacter's uniqueness should come from their actual personality, not their background.

Quick edit: The common background trope isn't exclusive to Miqo'te. Try Highlanders who are all Ala Mhigan refugees or their children, also a very common one. Besides, if you want to stick close to the lore of either of these groups, relying on that canned background is essential...so the originality comes down to execution!
