Hmmm? There is always Balmung (aka. unoffical RP-server) which is NA server, but always full , but have both NA and EU players.
Other two.. were... Cerberus and... can't remember.. maybe I remember Cerberus wrong too

Hello and welcome!
The two main servers on this site are Balmung and Gilgamesh (NA servers). Both have a mixture of players from all timezones, NA players being the majority. However, there are players from several different servers here (Jenova, Famfrit, Behemoth, Cerberus, to name a few) and everyone is welcome
