Yup, screw you Gridania!! >.>)) OOC details-- Show Content SpoilerWhen: Saturday, Oct 19th at 7pm ET (6 pm Central, 4pm West Coast, 11pm London time, 1pm Hawaii time...etc etc) Where: Balmung server, Astalicia (being used as the "Sanctus Luna" instance). What: Event is semi-public, though a huge turnout is not desired. Obviously, the IC tickets are crazy expensive because luxury cruise ships are mostly aimed at the upper class (or middle class people who do a one time splurge on something fancy once in a blue moon). Like the gala, I wouldn't be opposed to people sneaking on board, but there may be IC consequences for doing so! Please note that if too many people show up, I may have to cap off the event. I'd rather not have 50+ people crammed onto the ship trying to RP. This is not designed to be a gala sized event at all. It'll largely be a first come, first serve type of event. And once the ship ICly takes off, nobody else will be getting on (unless they have a realistic way of doing so). ICly, please assume there are also numerous NPC nobles present for atmosphere purposes, along with elegantly designed interiors. Event will start in the evening and guests will stay the night in the "luxury" barracks beneath the ship. Ship will return to harbor midday the next day (just after lunch time). So unless you RP for many many hours straight in game, you may need to be willing to work out details for the night/morning with those you're RPing with so you're on the same page. Will be using the Astalicia in Limsa for the event and pretending it's the "Sanctus Luna." As usual, feel free to ask for clarification on anything if needed~

This event will not be moderated much at all. Aside from the possibility of putting a cap for attendance in place (which I sooo hope I don't have to do), not much else will be moderated OOCly once the ship disembarks (IC moderation from the ship's captain is another story though ). Rpers will be left to their own devices and will be largely responsible for their own content. Just wanted to make sure nobody had any high expectations for fancy games or whatever xD

I am not expecting a huge turnout (especially with a total of 3 events going on Saturday around the same time). Which is good, because it's not meant for a huge turnout anyway xD. And to answer the above question, reservations are not necessary. It's just a first come, first serve thing. Just show up with the tickets that you purchased off-screen from the vendor and you're good to go. It should be noted that it's not advised to be late. Once the ship ICly leaves dock, there's no way to really join in.
