In re: the Aesthetician in the trailer: he's definitely a Duskwight Elezen. You see shortly afterwards that his hairstyle has been made available to Elezen in addition to Hyur, and there are relatively small ears available for character creation for Elezen- it's not actually impossible to get ears like his in the current character creator. But perhaps more tellingly are his proportions and his skin color- he's a little too grey to be a Wildwood or any of the Hyur presets, and his tattoo is also a Duskwight-exclusive design from the character creator.
(I'm personally excited to see more Duskwights. They're... underrepresented in the game's NPCs, I've noticed, and as someone who plays one, I'm kind of disappointed by that.)
