This Tuesday the new SimCity comes out.Â A feature is region play, where you and others build cities within a region and trade resources or utilities with each other.Â You can also work together to build a Great Work, like an international airport or a super solar power facility, that will benefit the entire region.Â Each Mayor can specialize their city too, one can make a flashy casino tourists city while another builds a grungy mining city.Â So, is anyone else getting this?Â It would be interesting to see what kind of city pops up.

I'm in the same boat. Liked the beta, love the concepts for the online play.

A friend of mine offered to gift it to me, then we found out that unlike Steam, Origin does not have a gifting feature. It really pissed him off, because I generally don't agree to such things, and the first time I do...he's thwarted.

It doesnt??? I bought my brother SWTOR through there...or maybe it was the actual website

Apparently it doesn't have a gifting option anymore. I know that SW:TOR was available via website and 3rd party vendors. Apparently all digital sales for SimCity are Origin only though. He looked everywhere for a gifting option. =/

I ordered mine through amazon. They post the serial code thingy to your amazon account but you put the code into origin. Â I suppose you could gift it that way.
