Hello everyone! I'm fairly new here and wanted to get to know the place better. I'm pretty new to the game, played the demo a while back before starting fresh in the full version, and I wanted to see if there were any RP communities I could be a part of. That's what brought me here! I have a few years of RP experience under my belt, so I know the basics at least, but I may need a little guidance getting used to how things work here. Having said that, I hope to get to know you and have a great time here!

I take it you're still learning much of the lore already and probably haven't settled entirely into a character yet? Or do you have some ideas of where you'd like to go off the bat?

Yeah, I'm still kinda getting a grasp on the lore haha. I have some basic ideas for my character at least, but I'm still kinda fleshing it out.

The best place to start is with theÂ Balmung RP CalendarÂ and finding a few events that angle toward the kind of RP you're interested in. Â Then you can start looking at other character profiles once you've found a few characters or personalities you'd like to meet. Â While you're window shopping, be sure to check out theÂ Free Company HallÂ or theÂ Linkshell HallÂ to find Free Companies and public groups that may suit your character.

For lore questions, be sure to check outÂ Sounsyy'sÂ Lore Compilations; she's done an amazing job with compiling a lot of the game lore into easy-to-find threads!

You're welcome to add me to your friends list; I'm a fairly busy person, both in-game and out, but I'm always happy to schedule/arrange a day to roleplay with folks! Â You're also welcome to come out to my Free Company's open roleplay eveningÂ Nights on the Toll, which happens every Thursday that I'm not hosting theÂ Gridania Story-Go-Round.

If you have any questions regarding the game and/or certain game mechanics feel free to message me on either Lyriell Aluria or Testarossa Fate or here on the forum.

If you are looking for an RP LS I can most likely recommend some of them to you depending on the level of RP you're looking for.

Also if you're currently looking for an FC that also includes RP in its activities then you might want to check out the Free Company section within this forum as suggested by Syranelle.

If you're looking to be part of an FC that is currently building a roster (and with that an RP roster) then TAW might be interesting for you :3
