- Views on RP combat and injuries:
- Anything to help the realism is perfect through my eyes. I once had my character (Another version of Riken) lose most of his arm during a particularly grueling fight. Shocked everyone involved.
- Views on IC romance:
- Love it. But not in terms of the fantasy 'White Knight and the Princess' stuff. I'm talking true-to-life romance, with accepting a person's flaws and facing their demons, and sometimes things not working out.
- Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc):
- Still Golden. I love and have been a part of probably every genre/classification you could come up with, and have never regretted it. Writing is fun to me, especially tied to a single character.
- Views on lore:
- I personally like reading up and finding all sorts of random facts, but I'm not going to bombard you with random dates from a minuscule source somewhere in the game. That said, if you are RP'ing a character who's supposed to be knowledgeable in a subject, you better well be, or that's a demerit for sure.
- Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc):
- Pick your poison. Each works for it's own purpose, and while I personally enjoy doing it through /say or the like to draw attention and spontaneous roleplaying, the chatbox will make you miss-tell all the same no matter what channel you're on.
