I've been to the Las Vegas and Florida before, but never New York. So during a 4 day trip what are your suggestions for must see attractions? Also any other ideas, advice, comments, suggestions. For example, I'm looking at hotels near Central Park but would it be better to stay further out and travel in?

I'll ask my sister tomorrow if she has any suggestions since she knows it better than me.
