Sabirr Loreley's Public clinic is part of the Illustre Alliance FC the Clinic is located at the FC house (Goblet, Ward 3, Plot 10) in my room (Sabirr Loreley Room #1) once the room is constructed, the Clinic is open to any sick or injured character, we also have a public OOC LS to help organize the RP so no one tries to RP only to find out there's no healer online, to join the LS send a /tell to either me or Hikari Valentine.
