Help with uploading an IMG

Can someone tell me how the code works? I copied and pasted from other templates but I'm pretty sure there's something I didn't do right :c

Its there even without that line lol~ weird :/ Also basically having trouble with uploading imgs on a whole. Cant get a single pic up on the related images section lmao
