I saw a thread on the Core forums where people list the crafting recipes they know. They also linked other similar lists.

Having such a thread here would be pretty useful, I think. ^^

It sounds like Crafting is done mostly by putting stuff together and being lucky enough to be told you can actually do something with it, at the moment. So.. yeah. List would be useful to lots of us, I think. ^^;

Just notiched that most of thouse recipes are outdated as most recipes was changed when Phase 3 started.

well yes that is basicly how you do it, it's allot of mixing things thoghter that may work, but mostly it won't.

All the more reason to do our own list if theirs are outdated! ^^
We might want to wait until release to do it, I dunno, but I know that without such a list, my interestin crafting would be going way down.
I think the idea of not knowing how to make certain things is nice but we should have some easy-to-get basics, at the very least, to give us an idea of what to do and how.

I'm all for making our own crafting lists. I think I may end up spending a good amount of time doing crafting and compiling a list of what we discover could be fun. Having something to work from when we start will also be very helpful.

there is of course some recipes that haven't changed and most likely won't change at all when the game goes live, i am already trying out crafting and writing up a new list of the recipes found after Phase 3 started

heh i really like this crafting it's fun and make me feel like i actually accomplish something

I think the problem is, most people don't know and Square-Enix is really not helping us out to test things for them. (You'd think if they WANTED us to test crafting they would actually make it feasible...)

The recipes that Asyria linked to are really the ones most people know of.
