OWLS (Open World Link Shell) is a group dedicated to bringing open world, new rper friendly, community oriented RP to the Gilgamesh server! Through a wide variety of events, we hope to make Eorzea a living, breathing world. Expand your RP universe, with ongoing events, such as;
'Adventure Time' with Riley Moore! - in an effort to better herself and grow stronger, Riley Moore has dedicated her downtime to founding a loosely coined 'Adventurer's club' (right now it's just her and a baby chocobo chick named 'Cat') in which she'll lead expeditions into the wilderness such as; -hiking trips, camping trips, IC leves and FATEs, physical fitness training, strip poker nice, family-friendly game of cards with no cussing, fighting, or drinking...
Other events may include such delectable delights, like;
Theater Club - Using the Mih Khetto Theater in Gridania, the theater club will assemble thespians, playwrights, and songstresses for improv skits, ballads, and general mayhem on the stage! Mayhaps one day they'll even get their 'act' together
long enough to put on a musical play!
Other events may include such ticklish fancies such as staffing the Quicksand for an evening, Crafter's Marketplaces, or the old crowd favorite; Guess a Fem Roe's weight than see how fast you can make it to the nearest airship!
Though this Linkshell is invitation only, my Periwinkle trollops, I urge upon you all abandonment of despair! For to join is merely as simple as deciding which of the two functions of the linkshell you wish to serve! Are you a Leader Owl - one who likes to lead events and put on a grand show for the bemusement of others? Than by all means, simply PM me your idea for events, and I shall see to it that you are the proud, regal owner of a glistening blue linkpearl in no time!
Or are you a Member Owl? One who likes to attend such events, and engage in Open World RP, but not so much lead them? Then YOU, my tender-footed owlettes, must merely attend an OWLs event, and speak to an Owl Leader afterwards (or during, depending on if you want to do it ICly or OOCly).
In that vein, please keep an eye out for our first installment of Adventure Time with Riley Moore, coming soon to an events poster near you!

This looks awesome! We try and do a lot of open world RP ourselves, and it would be SO GREAT to see more people doing it too! I'm going to have to try and catch an event and get an invite, because I am so not ready to be a leader, but I am a pretty decent attender!
