RPC has moved! These pages have been kept for historical purposes

I am sorry I didn't find this thread sooner, and I also apologize for the confusion. The reason I made the site was because I have friends on multiple servers with many different play styles....(My friends are scattered across Odin, Quetz, Seraph, Pheonix, and a couple other servers)

I wanted a place where 1. I could get my friends together so we could all end up generally in the same place on XIV. 2 After the game started hoped to have a place where people RP and Non RP can get together and meet new people and work together on things.

It is not a Dungeon crawl or an RP forum.. Its a place where people can do whatever they enjoy on the game and make new friends in the process. Its not in any way taking away from the RPC because its not meant as a RP Coalition.. its exactly what it says it is. It is an alliance of linkshells; RP, End game, and regular social shells all alike. The RPC is for role players only really.. this isn't. If anything my site is more like a bridge between the many types of friends I have now, and the different types of new friends I hope to make in XIV.

Jayli you're probably confusing Aveline by continually stating the RPness of the forums.

I'll repeat it again: The FFXIVAlliance is not an RP coalition.

It's for friendly linkshells past, present, and future. We know each other and we'll get to know new linkshells in the future. That's it's intention. That's all. Of course people who are interested in us are welcome to join, what are we gonna say? we don't want to get to know you see ya! lol. Jayli is speaking in future tense here, at the moment it's just old friends

I'm not sure why people think we're separating from the community, especially since the NONRP linkshells of the FFXIValliance are planning on following the vote of the RPC. The RPC has a lot of power off this website as well, affecting all kinds of decisions across many communities, the FFXIValliance being one of them.

We have roleplaying guilds and have roleplayed with each other for many years, and we have nonrp guilds who have done endgame together for many years but are in different linkshells, of course we would make a site to bring us all together.

I'm not sure where the confusing is?

Perhaps stating a certain purpose on the site will help people understand what it is and how it is different from the RPC.
