Currently the only FFXIV soundtrack available offically is for 1.0 named "Before Meteor" and Squeenix is very active in removing copy righted content. (part of the reason the one I linked hasn't been taken down is the host is very active as well in arguing fair use terms, but thats another issue.)
If like me you are okay with a certain moral Grey area, you can find a Rip of the BETA sound files with a whole host of things buried in it.
