I had a question about the Aesthetician. Are you able to alter your hair and color as many times as you want or is it like the Fantasia Potion where it's used once?

As many times as you want. It just costs 2000 gil each time.

You can change your hair style as many times as you want so long as a) You unlocked him through the lvl 15 quest and you have 2k gil to pay him each time.
