What do the 6th and 7th Chakra points do exactly? Monk Stuff

I've found scant information about them online, and theres so little to find I cant even form an idea of what they are. I know the 6th is Minds Eye and the 7th is called...? Thats all I know about them. What do they do?

Chakras was a branch I never quite got into >_> I haven't leveled MNK, so I have no real idea on the context works here, but maybe this and this might help?
