First Coil didn't have glowy elements on Allagan. They don't necessarily need to keep the glowy bits from HA.... *shrug*

But I like the glowy D:

Oh yeah, that's true. But the accessories do have some sort of glow, though. (i.e. earrings, wristbands, etc etc etc)
