When is the maintenance on Wednesday (in central time)? I can't find it on the Lodestone, and it's my cheat attempt to get into Balmung.Â Tongue

From what I've seen on the Lodestone post regarding Eternal Bonding ceremonies, these are the expected maintenance times:

[Expected Maintenance]

- From Jan. 7, 2015 11:00 p.m. to Jan. 8, 2015 2:00 a.m. (PST)
- From sometime in between Jan. 19, 2015 7:00 a.m. to Jan. 20, 2015 7:00 a.m. (PST)Â
- From sometime in between Jan. 20, 2015 7:00 a.m. to Jan. 21, 2015 7:00 a.m. (PST)
- From sometime in between Jan. 21, 2015 7:00 a.m. to Jan. 22, 2015 7:00 a.m. (PST)

To be fair, though, people also probably weren't expecting an instanced housing system to have its instances limited, or for wedding ceremonies to have a completely arbitrary limitation placed on them as if digital space wasn't a malleable, expandable thing.

I'm just joking, really. There's a good explanation as to why that happened in the Balmung is Open thread.

That and I have experience dealing with silly stuff like that - E.G. University online registrar services are only open from 9 to 19. So if you haven't picked out your courses and you work on those times...

That was usually my window, but since 2.4 hit it's been increasingly harder, if not outright impossible to hit that window.

I imagine it'll only worsen come Heavensward. There's been plenty of chatter of people coming back for the expansion, which is kinda typical for any MMO when a new expansion plops.

Ideally? SE will expand their server archite--aaah who the hell am I kiddin'? I absolutely expect the Heavensward launch to be a cluster akin to 2.0's opening week.

Yeah... my boyfriend is debating shelling out the bucks for us both to transfer, but I want to try maintenance before he does anything like that. I'm tired of waking up in the mornings, but I don't want to throw away his money, either. ;-;
