It's because they took too long to bring it back up. I had uninstalled the day before the announcement confirming they would be back up, and i'll be darned if i'm going to sit through hours of install again just to wander aimlessly without progress.

I'm not uninstalling until I get into testing/ARR launches. I'm keeping a version of this game on my computer even if it's useless!
