welp....after waiting three hours in tech support hell, i found out it didn't download the patch on my game like it was SUPPOSE TO and i had already done this part awhile ago.....buut apparently it didn't register....so i got to redownload the patch....

Edit: Got thru the 2002 error. Now I'm sitting at 102 in queue. Just 102. It never changes.
