/say and /em are all IC unless surrounded with (). /tell is always OOC

Your views for chat function is basically explaining your way of communicating RP wise.

For instance: When I use /em or /say, those are used for IC speech or actions where otherwise I use /shout for OOC communication.

Just stuff like that.
To be honest I'm not really sure why it's even a question.
