Something about that blue hair makes her skin look sunburned. I'd say either brown, or a shade or two darker on the blue hair (or, alternatively, a less pink skintone).

I like the white. Just switch to a paler skin color and you'll be good to go!

They both look nice, but I find myself more drawn to the brown hair.

I would love to go for brunette, as it looks so natural and beautiful in contrast to white hairs.

Just do what I did and change their hair color. Often. And shamelessly. Why limit yourself?
