Information found on fliers spread across all the cities reads as follows:

Serene Haven throws open it's doors for it's first annual costume ball hosted by Lady Arietty Moonfall. Anyone wanting to participate should arrive at anytime past the start date in costume. No weapons will be allowed and participants wishing to have a weapon with their costume will be encouraged to buy a costume weapon instead.

Drinks will be served and there is free candy available but no food will be served this night to give the poor cooks a night off to attend.

Welcome and thanks for reading! This is my first ever ball so for this I decided to keep things simple and add on to any future events. The ball will continue on until everyone is gone but actual service by people ends at 11pm EST and the NPC's will take over. Please arrive in some sort of costume, even if it's something simple and I hope everyone who attends will have fun!
